Gordon D. Ewart - Chairman & Director

Mr. Ewart is a co-founder of Quest Investment Corporation which was reorganized and is now a part of Quest Capital Corp. Quest Capital Corp is a TSX traded Canadian merchant bank with approximately $250 million in assets. Mr. Ewart has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the investment industry. During this time he co-founded three merchant banks, two of which were based in Toronto and one of which were based in Bermuda. The merchant banks, Resource Capital International Limited, Paramount Funding Corporation and Grafco Limited were involved in all aspects of corporate and developmental finance for Canadian industrial and natural resource companies.

Jason G. Ewart - Chief Executive Officer & Director

Chief Executive Officer of the Company since June 2004, as well as Director and Chief Operating Officer since July 2003. Mr. Ewart has been a market analyst with A & E Capital Funding Inc. and Bradstone Equity Partners Inc. between 1998 and 2002 and Vice-President of Quest Investment Corporation between 2002 and 2003. He has experience with bridge financing, financial analysis, quantitative modeling, equities trading and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Jason Ewart holds an economics degree from McGill University.

Robert Parent - Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer & Director

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since April 2012 and Director since December 2011. Mr. Parent has over 11 years of experience working in the Canadian financial industry. His background is in strategic management, financial reporting, securities policies and procedures and capital markets. He previously worked as the CFO of Crown Hill Capital Corporation, a privately held fund manager, and 5 TSX listed investement funds, responsible for their day to day administration, operations, finances and regulatory compliance. Prior to this he worked as a senior manager in charge of new product and service development for Scotiabank.

David Ellison - Director

Mr. Ellison is presently a principal at Acuity Corporate Securities Lawyers in Toronto. He also worked as a lawyer in the London, UK office of Clifford Chance LLP and in the Toronto offices of Bennett Jones LLP and Goodman and Carr LLP.

Phil Marleau - Director

Mr. Marleau is the C.E.O., President and founder of IOU Central, a Montreal based peer-to-peer lending website. He is also a Principal and Director of Palos capital, a Canadian investment management firm, with seven funds and over $150 million of assets under management. Prior to this, Mr. Marleau was employed at Merrill Lynch as a Vice President in the gaming, lodging and leisure activity equity research team.

William Atkinson - Director

Mr. Atkinson is the President and Director of Abode Mortgage Co., Inc. a national non-conforming mortgage lender. Mr. Atkinson's previous senior management experience includes Chairman & CEO of Wildcard Wireless Solutions Inc. from 1999 to 2002, Senior VP of Streamscape Technologies Inc. in 1998, Chairman, CEO & Founder of Caring Products International from 1994 to 1998 and President of Mercer International from 1987 to 1994.

Cesare Fazari - Director

Based in Toronto, Mr. Fazari is a co-founder of Northwood Developments Inc., a diversified commercial construction company that has been working in the greater Toronto area since 1991.
